We provide distribution support to 27 offices in Japan. In the nation, we have departments that respond to operational sections and offices of the Sony group that work on chemical related devices, energy related products, sound products, personal imaging, televisions, VAIO products, semiconductors, etc.
Each department has a close connection to the sections and offices to provide efficient distribution support everyday.
Because we are the main contractor of the Sony group for their distribution operations, we can provide the best distribution solution to each request by using our knowledge, which we have obtained through the distribution management. Although we handle distribution operations at this moment, our future plan is to concentrate on providing distribution solutions as a management core while consigning the distribution operation to third parties.
In our current system, departments responding to a certain section and office provide distribution solutions individually. For the future development, we are planning to establish a system to provide consistent solutions by unifying those departments. By providing high quality, cost efficient distribution solutions, we try to make a maximum contribution for the improvement in the business of the Sony group.
